This Assisted Living and Memory Care community will span four acres in the city of Murrieta.

The new Assisted Living and Memory Care community, located in Murrieta, California, has been designed to accommodate a variety of care levels, while also facilitating the lifestyle, physical requirements and personal preferences of its residents while maintaining a residential style and scale.

The project is a two-story structure and will accommodate approximately 104 total units (24 Memory Care and 80 Assisted Living).  Common areas will accommodate a wide range of events and activities scheduled throughout the community for residents, their families and outside partners to enjoy. Additionally, there are several acres of walking trails and park-like setting for the enjoyment of residents and the Murrieta community as well.

The unit mix features studio, one and two bedroom units. These will range in size from approximately 250 square feet for a studio to over 730 square feet for a two bedroom.  Units are gracefully designed for maximum comfort and ease of use with universal design features.  Each assisted living unit will contain a kitchen area, with a refrigerator and microwave, temperature control, bathroom, and washer/dryer all within a thoughtfully planned living space.  Memory Care units will not have appliances, but are designed to offer an environment that provides security and support for those residents.

Common area amenities will include several dining alternatives with restaurant-style menu choices, a private dining room, bistro for casual dining, a soda shop for quick snacks, a state-of-the-art fitness and physical therapy center, full service beauty salons, theater, resource library, activity and event rooms, and lounge.  To meet the need for social engagement, a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces will be incorporated into the community to provide interaction, activities, light exercise, and informal recreation.
