A ten-story high-rise containing 216 affordable senior apartments, Town Park Towers underwent a complete renovation including new exterior paint and window and door replacement, new interior finishes, casework, fixtures, and lighting throughout, as well as completely reconfigured ground floor common areas and office spaces.
Redesign and replacement of the building’s heating, cooling, ventilation, and components of the solar thermal system provide superior energy savings and improved resident comfort.
PROJECT FEATURES:
