Partnering with LifeLong Medical Care, we designed this building to create spaces that encourage the growth of healthy communities where people are able to flourish.

This clinic will house Primary Care, Urgent Care, Imaging, Dental, and Wellness Centers. With 30 exam rooms and 8 dental operatories, this new facility will serve those in need of medical services while also providing a place of gather for the neighborhood. A federally qualified health center, this design-build phased construction project will be constructed on the site of the existing clinic within modular buildings. The existing clinic will remain operational during construction, necessitating a phased design approach.
