Thomas Christian, AIA, Principal

Tom is a graduate of the Southern California Institute of Architecture and attended the Harvard Graduate School of Design under the Executive Education Program. Tom is highly conversant with the specialized needs and funding of academic institutions, with particular emphasis in community colleges. He is experienced in project programming, conceptual planning and design, construction cost estimation, and management.

Tom's strengths reside in helping clients organize the many factors that impact the planning and decision-making process. He is licensed to practice Architecture in California and is active in the Coalition for Adequate School Housing (CASH), Community College Facilities Coalition (CCFC), and the Council for Educational Facilities Planners International (CEFPI).
