New higher-density residential and office spaces have been integrated into reformatted retail blocks, resulting in the formation of a diverse mixed-use community. This transformative urban development encompasses 10 city blocks, featuring 365,000 SF of retail, 525,000 SF of offices, and 2,650 residential units with 6,200 parking stalls. The project includes six acres of open space parks, a network of bike routes throughout the site, and a new transit bus stop, all coordinated through a complex phasing program in line with a transit-oriented development approach.
