In response to neighbors’ concerns about its visual impact, the new parking structure was seamlessly integrated into the hillside behind the new buildings. The development encompasses 177,000 SF of retail area within a sprawling 15-acre mixed-use space housing retail, grocery, and office facilities. The four-level parking structure accommodates 500 cars, strategically designed for natural ventilation and lighting by offsetting the retaining wall five feet from the structure. Notably, the development includes the a new Whole Foods market and adjacent retailers, complemented by Sharp medical offices on the second level.
