New ground-up headquarters for a prominent Bay Area Developer.
This project designed for future tenants features 12,000 SF of office space with an adjacent 1,500 SF of retail area. Various materials such as stone, wood siding, aluminum windows, and composite wood panels were employed to create a modern ranch-style building with a warm ambiance.

The modern interior is bathed in natural light from two clerestory window towers. The space also includes multiple meeting rooms, executive offices, perimeter offices with expansive exterior windows, and open office spaces for impromptu team meetings. The main lobby boasts high wood ceilings, combined with wood and upholstered walls, to deliver a grand yet welcoming experience. Arcadia is situated in the same development as our other project, Almaden Ranch.
