Mariposa Place is a 100% affordable housing development situated on a compact 0.4-acre infill site in a rapidly evolving and transit-rich neighborhood. Located on West San Carlos Avenue, this seven-story building comprises 80 units, with 40 units specifically designated for permanent supportive housing to assist special needs households who have experienced homelessness.
