The tenant improvement and renovation of a 1960’s era building have transformed it into a new 3,200 SF Family Counseling Center, HCAI-3 compliant healthcare clinic, and 17,000 SF Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE®) facility. This facility now provides outpatient medical, dental, physical therapy, rehabilitation, behavioral health services, adult day-care, dining, a commercial kitchen, library, lounge, transportation, a new covered passenger loading area, and administrative services to support low-income participants and patients from the local community. The site features comprehensive accessibility and access upgrades, accompanied by energy-efficient LED lighting and newly installed windows and storefronts. Abundant natural lighting streams in through strategically placed skylights, complementing the inviting outdoor patio/garden area. The new facility is also equipped with an emergency generator for added preparedness.
