Renovation of a HCAI-3 primary care and dental clinic serving low- to no-income clients to the surrounding community of Pinole.
This 6,677 SF Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) includes four primary care exam rooms and six dental care stations, along with a multi-purpose space housing a teaching kitchen. With a focus on promoting holistic healing, the light-filled interior is complemented by adjustable furniture that prioritizes staff ergonomics. Additionally, the facility incorporates eight solar tubular skylights, effectively channeling natural daylight into enclosed offices and hallways.
