SGPA Architecture and Planning Expands to San Luis Obispo: A New Hub of Creativity and Innovation
SGPA Architecture and Planning is proud to announce the opening of our new office location in San Luis Obispo. After recognizing the demand for a presence in Central California, we understood we needed to be where our clients are – easily accessible and local. This new office reflects our commitment to growth, innovation, and strategically serving clients in the Central California region.
Victoria (Tori) Gray is leading our new office location in San Luis Obispo and is supported by a growing team including Architect Natalie Baucom, located at 3599 Sueldo Street, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401. Since opening our office in San Luis Obispo, Tori and Natalie have supported regional projects including affordable senior and affordable accessible housing projects in Bakersfield and projects for a Fresno based School District. Our Central CA Team is also working on several renovation projects to an existing senior community in Pacific Grove/Monterey, as well as starting design on a new continuation high school campus in Kern County.
As SGPA embarks on this exciting new chapter, the firm remains steadfast in our mission to deliver innovative, sustainable, and equitable design solutions to enrich the lives of those in our community. As we expand our portfolio throughout Central California, we bring with us a legacy of excellence, innovation, and a passion for design which will allow us to grow with the region for years to come.
Today, SGPA consists of more than 40 professionals across three offices in San Diego, San Francisco, and now, San Luis Obispo, California. The collaborative technologies that allow us to function as one team across time and distance have expanded the reach of SGPA’s work immensely. We believe the ever-evolving marketplace will continue to change over the next few decades, especially as densification and mixed-use become more viable and desirable. SGPA aims to meet these changes by keeping its focus on what’s important: creating places that enrich daily life.
