The redevelopment of the Willows Shopping Center introduces a sleek and modern transformation to this existing commercial and retail center. It welcomes visitors and activates the public through a number of exterior improvements, including new retail facades, hard scape areas, landscaping, and upgraded utilities to provide an engaging experience to customers. For retail tenants, new signage with better visibility aims to increase exposure of businesses. To promote activity along sidewalks, there are outdoor dining patios attached to all restaurant spaces and a large plaza surrounded by benches and integrated landscaping. A series of accent walls are painted with murals along the south facades and Paseo to bring art to the public.
