Reimagining the heart of Claremont Manor with vibrant gathering spaces that foster connection, community, and active senior living.
SGPA completed a phased renovation of the main Manor building common areas at Claremont Manor, an active retirement community. The project reimagined the lobby, reception area, bistro, library, multipurpose room, dining rooms, administrative spaces, and outdoor dining area to enhance the resident experience and support the evolving expectations of future generations of seniors. The renovated spaces provide welcoming opportunities for residents to gather, connect, and enjoy the cultured, vibrant atmosphere that defines the Claremont Manor community.
