This newly created regional shopping district is located near a large amount of existing shopping destinations.
The overall 39-acre site is divided into two areas, in addition to a new street extension known as Cherry Avenue. A diverse range of retail tenants are incorporated into the design, including home improvement, a health club, sporting goods, office supplies, small market, theme restaurants, a hotel, and supporting shops.

The shops located along Almaden Expressway are designed to be neighborhood-oriented, situated near the street edge with pedestrian linkages to adjacent buildings and courtyards which offer outdoor gathering places and dining areas. Almaden Ranch resides in the same development as our other project, Arcadia Office Building.
