This mixed-use community also reduces the need for vehicular dependence and trips by providing various uses in one location. Planning features include many courtyards, public plazas, and a landscaped meandering pedestrian promenade that stretches from East to West. The complex combines a 40,000 SF theater atop a 40,000 SF market, along with 31,000 SF of retail shops and restaurants. Additionally, it features a 44,000 SF three-story fitness facility, 25,000 SF of office space, and a 130-room hotel spanning 17,400 SF. The site also includes two six-level parking structures providing 1,600 parking stalls.
