Eastern Park Apartments is 172,000 SF occupied renovation of a senior living community which includes window replacements, main entrance door upgrades, interior finish upgrades, kitchen and lobby casework upgrades, various accessibility upgrades, including voluntary accessibility upgrades in 12% of the 201 dwelling units.

The project received a formal unit conversion through the City of San Francisco Planning Department’s Section 317 process, resulting in the removal of one dwelling unit and replacing it with on-site resident services offices. The project includes the installation of efficient windows, a new roofing and deck, a new office unit, LED lighting throughout, an expanded entry vestibule, a new laundry facility, and upgraded recreation spaces.
