Thoughtfully designed to create a dynamic and inviting destination, the project integrates a mix of uses, including a grocery anchor, daycare, restaurants, and retail shops. Located along Ellis Town Drive, the community’s “Main Street” with angled parking, the development emphasizes pedestrian-friendly features such as large display windows and large outdoor dining patios. The architectural design incorporates a variety of materials, colors, and elements like recesses, varied roof lines, and overhangs to enhance visual interest and establish a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

At the core of the project is the richly landscaped Village Square, a vibrant central gathering space adjacent to Ellis Town Drive. This area features expansive covered outdoor dining patios, a small stage area, and a central lawn, complete with a fire pit and comfortable seating. Designed to host events such as live music performances and casual meetups, the square serves as a hub for connection and community.
