Additionally, the project encompasses a neighboring village with shops and restaurants, all aimed at establishing the finest community amenities in Northern California. A key component of the Ellis Specific Plan, this vision offers approximately 72,500 SF of indoor facilities, which include a recreation center with a gym housing two full-size basketball courts equipped with telescopic bleachers. Additionally, there is an indoor pool facility featuring a 25-yard pool, spa, sauna, and a shallow pool for younger children, while the library includes larger meeting rooms suitable for community activities.
