G Square sets the bar for small-scale infill mixed-use development
Located in the West End Village of downtown San Rafael, this mixed-use infill project was designed to enhance the charm and character of this unique neighborhood.
Comprising of ten luxury townhouse units over retail, this development boasts spacious open floor plans and generous outdoor patios and balconies. The building’s façade was meticulously crafted, incorporating awnings, balconies, and other architectural elements that harmonize with and preserve the scale and aesthetics of the surrounding neighborhood. The parking is concealed within the structure, behind a small corner retail shop adorned with expansive storefront windows. To obtain the necessary design approvals, the project underwent a rigorous review process and leveraged the State Density Bonus law to include additional units.
