This 22,000 SF project entailed the transformation of a single-tenant building (previously occupied by Old Navy) into a multi-tenant facility that now houses both Old Navy and Ulta retailers.
SGPA, along with our team of consultants, conducted a physical needs assessment evaluation to determine the compatibility of the existing systems with the new tenants’ requirements. This assessment was undertaken during the initial design phase to offer the client and tenants a comprehensive insight into the costs associated with segregating the HVAC, fire, and electrical systems within the pre-existing structure.
