MiraCosta College Community Learning Center Buildings 100 and 200 Renovation

Existing Buildings 100 and 200 at the Community Learning Center Campus within the Miracosta Community College District were completely renovated and modernized to reinforce academic support programs and complement the new student services building.
This project includes new gathering spaces for student and academic support services, upgrades to all the classrooms, science lab, computer labs, and art classrooms. Renovations provides new space for academic services, as well as faculty and staff support spaces. Unique challenges included working on an active campus adjacent to students and staff, by phased construction delivery.
