Building shell renovation and tenant improvements for a new HCAI-3 outpatient facility serving low-income families in the Monument Boulevard District area.
This two-story 14,122 SF LEED Silver facility features a full dental clinic and medical office and serves as a hub for community and clinical health education programs, laboratory services, social services support, and regional administration for scattered site health centers across two counties. The design includes an elevator to enhance the visibility of the building entrance and also incorporates a solar thermal installation for the hot water supply.
