Integration of relaxed beach culture into the vibrant Encinitas community.
The coastal mixed-use building now embodies the essence of quintessential Californian design, seamlessly integrating with the adjacent beach community.
The influence of the beach culture permeates the project, most notably evident in the interior promenade that guides visitors from Highway 101 towards the Pacific. Two levels of subterranean parking efficiently support 1,202 SF of curated retail shops, 18,302 SF of creative office spaces, and communal amenities driven by hospitality, and a private 2,771 SF multi-level residence. The project successfully strikes a harmonious balance between work and life, with careful planning and orchestration fostering indoor-outdoor connections to encourage meaningful interactions among users, the community, and one another. Public amenities also include an indoor/outdoor shared kitchen and lounge, art displays, and green wall installation.
