SGPA’s scope of work includes modernization, renovation, and new construction of various buildings.

Project scope includes new classroom spaces for preschoolers, Kindergarteners with dedicated and shaded outdoor play areas and a dedicated Music Classroom to support the VAPA program. Project scope also includes reconfiguration of administration space to create new front door and single point of entry on to campus, Upgrades to path of travel, fixtures, and restrooms for ADA compliance, playground Modernization including shade structures, Transitional Kindergarten and Preschool spaces improved for access and program requirements, and Replacement of nineteen Relocatable Classrooms with an improved student pick up and drop off area
