With a full renovation to three original and historic buildings on campus, the work focused on preserving the Spanish Renaissance architecture and improving the facilities to include modern amenities and technology.
This project consists of a 240,000 SF renovation to the existing three campus halls: Camino Hall, Founders Hall, and Sacred Heart Hall at the University of San Diego. Refinement was made to complement the existing beauty of the current buildings, as well as electrical and structural enhancements.
Major system upgrades, added accessibility via two new elevators and upgrades throughout, building efficiency upgrades, and new interior fixtures and finishes throughout Academic and Residential spaces are included. The basement level needed to be occupied the first semester after SGPA began work, so the Team made ready any future connections, segregated power, and fully completed the TI for the basement in the first summer.
