Women’s Community Clinic

The project encompasses 6,000 SF of clinic space featuring six exam rooms and three education rooms. It also includes a computer internet station for client use, an exercise and instructional room for prenatal group education, and coordination services for clinic vendors covering IT, furnishing, interior design, security, signage, environmental, and telephone. Additionally, the use of the Historic Building Code allowed for negotiations with the city building official to establish occupancy of the building’s basement, while the entire design and construction process adhered to San Francisco Green Business Guidelines.
