With over eight years of professional experience, Aeeshah has been coordinating and helping complex teams communicate, bridging the divide between general contractors, designers, and engineers. She also uses the skills she accrued while working in the General Contractor sector to work with the GC for the projects se is on once they go into Construction. As a Construction Administrator, Aeeshah coordinates the communication involved in turning a project from dirt into the reality. She is always available and reachable when things need to be done, researched and prepared and frequently assists project managers. In addition, she also supports the firm with operations assistance with IT processes, onboarding new employees and maintaining adequate procedures that meet firm deadlines. Outside her professional hours, Aeeshah enjoys being a sports mom watching her son play several sports such as Football, Rugby, Basketball and Track along with working on the board of directors of several non-profits and spending time with family and friends.
