He directs the San Diego office and oversees all projects, staff, and clients, ensuring the highest quality of service and delivery. Keith guides the project leaders to challenge conventional thinking and develop big ideas that connect great design, user experience, sustainability, and efficiency. He enjoys the early conceptual planning that sets projects up for success and leads dynamic team efforts to find the optimal solutions. He is also an expert witness determining property value and an active member of various professional and civic organizations.
