Kevin has over 14 years of architectural experience, predominately in market rate and affordable multifamily housing with additional experience in education and hospitality. He has worked in all phases of development, from entitlements through construction, throughout San Diego County and the Bay Area. Kevin has been described as a “five-tool player” in baseball parlance, embodying the broad and balanced skill set necessary to manage projects including organization, attention to detail, technical knowledge, communication, and is driven to find design opportunities in every project at every scale.
