Madrone Place Nears Completion in San Jose

Madrone Place is shaping the future of sustainable, climate-resilient living in San Jose. This transformative housing development, guided by a commitment to environmental stewardship and community well-being, is rapidly nearing completion. Developed in collaboration with Danco Communities and designed by SGPA Architecture and Planning, the six-story, mixed-use project will deliver 154 affordable residential units, including a manager’s unit, across 190,800 square feet.
